With 14 years of experience as a therapist, I provide a compassionate, client-centered approach to healing. I am EMDR-trained and specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process in which clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools for change. By integrating techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches, I create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, discover strengths, and work toward meaningful growth and healing.
About Her Practice: At The Cultivation Center, we understand that choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming, and opening up about what brought you to therapy can be even harder. That’s why we work to make every step of the process simple, welcoming, and free of judgment. At our practice, you’ll find culturally competent therapists who understand the importance of honoring your identity, experiences, and values. We see ourselves as your teammate—not just your therapist—walking alongside you with compassion, practical tools, and encouragement. You’ll never have to navigate your journey alone; we are here to create a safe space where healing, growth, and empowerment can truly happen.
