I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have been MATCH certified to provide evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents. I approach counseling from a Christian perspective, believing that mental health and faith work hand in hand. I take a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your needs using techniques from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For those who desire it, I integrate faith-based counseling, connecting mental health with biblical truth. I believe each person is uniquely created by God and is the expert on their own life. My practice is rooted in compassion, encouragement, and guidance, supporting clients through both challenges and victories.
