Welcome to Internal Growth LLC I'm so glad you're here. My name is Ari'Ton B. Scales, and I’m the founder of Internal Growth. With over seven years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve remained deeply committed to supporting healing and empowerment within the Black and brown community. My mission is to help shift the stigma surrounding mental health while honoring the truth that faith and therapy can coexist. I offer compassionate, culturally attuned care to children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, life stressors, and depression. Through a collaborative and client-centered approach, I support each person in reclaiming their story, one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for them.
