I am a licensed therapist dedicated to walking alongside individuals through seasons of challenge, growth, and healing. With experience supporting female adolescents and adults, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is both compassionate and practical—rooted in evidence-based practices while also drawing on faith to bring hope and renewal.


As a Christian therapist, I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can bring their whole selves—heart, mind, and spirit. My goal is to help clients strengthen resilience, discover their God-given worth, and move toward lasting peace and wholeness.


About Her Practice: As a social worker first, I see people for their whole selves and recognize that therapy isn’t productive if other areas of life are lacking support. I work exclusively with female clients, creating a safe, faith-centered space where they can process challenges and grow in resilience. Alongside therapy, I also connect clients with case management resources, ensuring their practical needs are supported as part of the healing process. My approach is holistic—addressing emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being—so that women feel seen, cared for, and empowered to step into the fullness of who God created them to be.
