Dr. Tonja Williams is a licensed LMFT, and also a retired, disabled military veteran with lived experience in chronic pain, depression, mental health, and substance use concerns. She served her country for over 20 years and has been in recovery, effectively managing all presenting challenges, for more than a decade. Dr. Williams is a PhD candidate in the Philosophy of Marriage and Family Therapy and holds both a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling and a Doctorate in Divinity.
She has been pastoring for 20 years and has extensive experience as a therapist for veterans and other adults facing trauma-related and substance use mental health concerns. Dr. Williams has worked for over eight years with at-risk, dually diagnosed youth and their families, and has provided counseling for couples for more than ten years. She has also supported clients navigating grief, offering compassionate care and guidance throughout their healing journey.
About Her Practice: Dr. Tonja Williams is a therapist and faith-based Christian counselor, as well as a pastor. She integrates holistic practices into both counseling and ministry to support clients in achieving complete, whole-person healing.
