Porché is an Associate Licensed Counselor in Alabama with a strong foundation in clinical mental health. After earning a degree in psychology from Troy University, she began her career in child and adolescent day treatment, which strengthened her passion for mental health. She later earned a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama, where she completed an internship in a juvenile detention center. There, she gained hands-on experience working with clients facing depression, trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions.
Her clinical approach is empathetic, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She provides a client-centered model tailored to the needs of adolescents through adults, with a focus on resilience and healing. Porché creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore emotions and develop effective strategies for change, with the goal of empowering them to achieve self-awareness, mental wellness, and lasting transformation.
