I grew up as a military dependent, moving frequently during my childhood and adolescent years. I was fortunate to live in diverse places like England, Turkey, and Guam before my family and I settled in Texas in 2011. I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2017, followed by an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2023. My passion has always been to help people recognize their inner strength and uplift those who are struggling. I have worked with treatment resistant depression, troubled youth and in high crisis situations. I focus on attachment-based theories/strength-based theories.
