Dr. Tasha Kassar is a transformational licensed therapist, coach, and founder of CHOSEN Counseling and Coaching Services, passionately dedicated to empowering high-achieving African-American women in their “Middle Moments”—those transformative seasons filled with uncertainty, discomfort, and deep self-reflection. With a unique blend of faith-based coaching and evidence-informed therapy, she creates a sacred space where women can confront pain, take radical responsibility, and reclaim their authentic identity rooted in God’s purpose. Known for her culturally attuned, compassionate, and empowering approach. Dr. Tasha helps women break free from limiting beliefs, rebuild emotional safety, and step boldly into their next chapter with clarity and confidence. If you’re ready to move beyond survival and into a thriving, purpose-filled life, Dr. Tasha is the guide to help you get there.

About Her Practice: My practice uniquely blends professional therapy and faith-based coaching tailored specifically for high-performing African-American women in transitional life seasons. By integrating biblical principles with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I create a culturally responsive and spiritually grounded space that honors each woman’s story and spiritual identity. The CHOSEN 5A Framework—guides our work, providing a roadmap for radical healing and purposeful growth. I emphasize radical responsibility and emotional safety while nurturing resilience, helping clients move from pain to purpose. This sacred, personalized approach sets CHOSEN apart as a transformative journey rather than just therapy or coaching.
