I truly believe that empowered people can face any challenge that comes their way. Helping clients who are willing to confront their fears and connect the dots across life experiences creates powerful opportunities for therapeutic growth. My goal is to support clients in growing and leaving therapy with a sense of transformation. By providing empathy, a safe space without judgment, and honest feedback, I offer the guidance needed to move toward your desired destination. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms (including domestic violence), self-esteem issues, parent–child conflict, grief, and common life stressors. I believe that every person has a story, and it would be a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey of rediscovery and healing. I am a certified SOZO coach (SOZO means “salvation” or “to be made whole” in Greek), assisting those who seek inner healing and freedom. I am also in the process of training for certification in EMDR therapy.

About Her Practice Compassion Counseling is dedicated to creating a space that is attuned to each client’s unique needs. We incorporate dynamic tools and worksheets to enrich the virtual talk-therapy experience, tailoring every session to support each person’s goals and desired outcomes.
